Purchase options
What you are buying should always be clear before payment. Here is how every purchase type on this site works, including exactly how recurring billing behaves.
One-time purchases
Unless the checkout explicitly says otherwise, a purchase is a single charge for the products shown, and nothing recurs. Bundle and multi-bottle savings apply only to the quantity and products shown in the selected option.
Subscriptions: how billing works
When you choose a subscription option, the product page and checkout show the delivery cadence and the recurring price before you pay. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your saved payment method at that price and cadence until you cancel. Each renewal creates a normal order with the same free shipping and the same 30-day guarantee.
Subscriptions: cancelling
Cancel any time from your orders page, which you can reach without a password through the secure link in any order email, using the Manage subscription button. Cancellation takes effect immediately for future billing: you keep anything already paid for, and no further charges occur. There are no cancellation fees, phone calls, or retention hoops.
Subscriptions: failed payments and price changes
If a renewal payment fails, our payment provider retries it automatically and emails you to update your payment method; if it cannot be collected, the subscription simply stops rather than accruing debt. If we ever change a subscription's price, you will be notified in advance and can cancel before the new price takes effect.
Kosmos membership: what it is
Veloura Kosmos is a monthly membership billed at USD 28.99 per month to your saved payment method until you cancel. Members receive one free full-size product credit every month (your choice of formula), 15 percent off every order, and free shipping with no minimum. If you join from a product page with a formula selected, your first month's credit is redeemed for that formula automatically and it ships to you right away. Member discounts never stack with coupon codes; you automatically get whichever single discount is best for a given order. Members who joined before July 7, 2026 and still carry an unused 50 percent first-order discount keep it until it is used.
Kosmos membership: credits
One product credit is granted with each successful monthly payment, and unused credits bank up to a maximum of three. Credits can be redeemed from your member portal, which you can reach without a password through the secure link in any membership email, while your membership is active or paused. Credits have no cash value and unredeemed credits are forfeited when a membership is cancelled, so redeem any banked credits before you cancel.
Kosmos membership: pausing and cancelling
You can pause or cancel from your member portal at any time. Pausing stops billing while letting you redeem credits you have already banked. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately; benefits and any unredeemed credits end with the membership. Fee refunds after an unwanted renewal are covered in our Returns and refunds policy.
One clear rule
You will never be charged on a recurring basis without having seen the recurring price and cadence at the moment you signed up, and you can always stop future charges yourself, online, in under a minute.
