At Veloura, we believe transparency builds trust. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order is processed, shipped, and delivered, so you can shop with confidence and know exactly what to expect.


Processing & Handling Time

All orders are carefully prepared and packaged with extra attention to quality and protection.

  • Order processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays

  • During high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly

We prioritize careful handling over speed to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition.


Shipping Timeframes

Once processed, orders are shipped with a standard delivery timeframe of approximately 5–7 business days.

  • This means most customers receive their order within one week from shipment

  • Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees

  • Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control

Veloura does not offer expedited shipping at this time.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Veloura is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by address errors or incomplete information

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not retrieved promptly

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Veloura is not liable for delays, losses, or theft caused by the carrier.

  • If a package is delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number

  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or your local carrier office

Veloura does not issue refunds or replacements for orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier.


Shipping Delays & Force Majeure

Veloura is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Customs delays

  • Natural disasters

  • Labor strikes or transportation interruptions

Such delays do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks.
