Money-Back Guarantee Coverage
You may qualify for a refund or replacement only if one of the following conditions is met.
1. Defective, Damaged, or Broken Items
If your product arrives defective, broken, or damaged, we will make it right.
To qualify:

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery

You must provide clear photo or video evidence showing the defect or damage

You must include your order number
Once verified, Veloura will issue either:

A full refund, or
-
A replacement, at our discretion
Veloura reserves the right to deny claims that lack sufficient evidence or show signs of misuse, normal wear, or tampering.
2. Order Never Arrived
If your order never arrives, you may qualify for a refund under the following conditions:

Tracking must show the package as lost, undelivered, or returned, or
-
You must provide written confirmation or documentation from the shipping carrier confirming non-delivery
Claims must be submitted within 30 days after the expected delivery date.
Once verified, a refund will be issued.
What Is NOT Covered by the Money-Back Guarantee
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

Simply not liking the product

Incorrect item ordered by the customer

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout

Minor cosmetic variations or packaging differences

Normal wear and tear
-
Carrier delays once the order is in transit

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier
Return Requirement
In most cases, returns are not required.
If a return is requested:

The item must be unused and in original condition

Return instructions will be provided if applicable

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
Veloura reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Restocking Fee
If a return is approved for any reason other than a verified defective, damaged, or non-delivered item, a restocking fee of up to 20 percent of the purchase price may be deducted from the refund.
The restocking fee covers inspection, handling, and processing costs.
The restocking fee does not apply to:

Items confirmed as damaged in transit

Veloura reserves the right to assess whether a restocking fee applies based on the reason for the return and the condition of the item.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered processing.

We strongly encourage customers to contact us before filing a chargeback or dispute.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us, or submitting false, exaggerated, or fraudulent claims, may result in:
