If you purchase a product through a subscription or recurring purchase option, you may cancel future deliveries at any time, subject to the conditions below.

How to Cancel a Subscription

You may cancel by:


Cancellation Timing

  • Cancellations must be made before the next billing or processing date

  • If a subscription has already been billed or processed, that cycle cannot be canceled or refunded

  • The cancellation will apply to future orders only


No Retroactive Cancellations or Refunds

Veloura does not offer:

  • Retroactive refunds for past subscription charges

  • Partial refunds for unused time or skipped deliveries

  • Cancellations after an order has been processed

Once a billing cycle is completed, it is considered final.


Changes to Subscription Orders

Before the next billing date, you may be able to:

  • Skip a delivery

  • Update shipping details

  • Change payment methods

Availability of these options depends on the specific purchase option selected at checkout.


Failed Payments & Subscription Pauses

If a payment fails:

  • The subscription may be paused or canceled automatically

  • Veloura is not responsible for missed deliveries due to payment issues

It is the customer’s responsibility to keep payment information up to date.


Abuse & Policy Enforcement

Veloura reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service

  • Cancel subscriptions

  • Deny future purchase options

In cases of suspected abuse, fraud, excessive disputes, or chargebacks.


Agreement

By selecting a purchase option or subscription at checkout, you acknowledge that:

  • You understand how billing and cancellations work

  • You accept responsibility for managing your subscription

  • You agree to this Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy in full
