How to Cancel a Subscription

Partial refunds for unused time or skipped deliveries

Cancellations after an order has been processed
Once a billing cycle is completed, it is considered final.

Failed Payments & Subscription Pauses
If a payment fails:

The subscription may be paused or canceled automatically

Veloura is not responsible for missed deliveries due to payment issues
It is the customer’s responsibility to keep payment information up to date.
Abuse & Policy Enforcement
Veloura reserves the right to:

Refuse service

In cases of suspected abuse, fraud, excessive disputes, or chargebacks.
